Terms of use
Last updated 8 November 2026
By using StudySort you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so they are short.
What StudySort provides
StudySort provides free study guides, revision tools and an AI note organiser for general educational use. It is a revision aid. It does not replace your teachers, textbooks, or your exam board's specification and past papers.
Accuracy
The guides were drafted with the help of AI, and the note organiser uses an AI model. Both can contain mistakes. We work to correct errors when we find them, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate or matches your particular exam board, and we cannot promise any exam result.
Exam boards
StudySort is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC or any other awarding body. Exam board names are used only to describe which courses the content relates to.
Your notes
Notes you submit to the organiser remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to produce your result. Only submit material you have the right to use, and do not submit other people's personal information.
Fair use
- Do not try to get around the daily limit on the organiser, overload the service, or use automated tools to scrape it.
- Do not use the organiser to produce anything unlawful or harmful.
- Do not copy and republish the study guides as your own. Sharing links is always welcome.
Availability
StudySort is provided free and as it is. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may limit or block access where it is being misused.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, StudySort is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what happens to the data you share when using StudySort.
